And it is formulated from just only synthetic oil and powder. So we are able to avoid vapor silicone gas and reduce some troubles such as unexpected broken of surrounding wires, circuits, terminals.

Our concept
Thermal conductive grease have the trade-off relationship between thermal conductivity and handling. Moreover, simply high compounded grease may not reduce the thermal resistance because of its thickness.
Our technology
The lubricating oil manufacture, COSMO OIL LUBRICANTS CO.,LTD have special technologies for R&D, testing, and manufacturing of lubricating oils. We had obtained the technology that make it possible to disperse the thermal conductive filer with the surfactant in grease, applying our technologies for lubricating oils. By these technologies, we have developed the "COSMO THERMAL GREASE SF series" which have both of high thermal conductivity and efficiently handling.

Our products contain nothing of silicones and silicone-compounds
The base oil of COSMO THERMAL GREASE is mainly composed of synthetic hydrocarbon oil, therefore it does not generate any type of volatile methlysiloxanes.
